| - General information
- This Regulation lays down rules for access to the services provided on the site "Monitoring24.org" available at the following URL http://www.monitoring24.org, hereinafter referred to as the Service.
- By registering an account on the Site, the User acknowledges that he has read the contents of the following terms and conditions of its provisions.
- Service reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with an e-mail notice.
- Service has the right to use in commercial or marketing purposes the user's name while using the Service by the user.
- Service reserves the right to any changes of hereby stated regulation without prior notice.
- The service
- The service consists in monitoring indicated by the User websites or servers. If your websites or servers goes down or becomes inaccessible, we will sent you an SMS (text message) and email alert notifying you of the situation.
- The user is eligible to use the service after logging into Service and indicating websites or servers which they wish to be monitored, chose the way of noticing and paid the full amount for the services.
- Monitoring restricts solely to the websites or servers possessed by the user or entitled by the user.
- Your account may be deleted and your membership may be terminated without warning, if the data given by the User during registration process are untrue. The services shall be terminated without refund.
- The user might be called to proof his or her eligibility to personally indicated websites or servers. Service may refuse monitoring websites or servers of which the user is not entitled to. In case of refusal the user's costs are not subject to refund, however the user may indicate other websites or servers possessed by him.
- Payments
- The payment amounts are given in the pricelist published on website of the Service.
- The fee is charged from the user's account in advance for each day of monitoring.
- To use the services user's account must be credited to the appropriate amount of the payment.
- Security
- The user is aware of the risk of using the service and is doing it at their own responsibility.
- In case of improper servicing or breaks in servicing, Service may refund the user's account with the credit charged for each single day of monitoring.
- The personal data of the user are confidential and only the service operator has the access to them. Service is not responsible for damages caused by the lack of responsibility of keeping the proper security level, especially revealing the password to the others.
- Quitting the service
- The user may quit the service whenever wishes to do so.
- Resignation may be made by sending an email with the resignation or do not add money to your account. Account will be permanently removed within 7 days after we receive your email with the resignation or within 14 days of no payment for the Service.
